BROWNIES CHOCOLATE

BIRTHDAY CAKE

 

Ingredients

 

4oz Self Raising Flour (100g)

4oz Margarine (100g)

4oz Soft Brown Sugar (100g)

2 Eggs

1 Rounded Dessertspoon of Cocoa

1 Tablespoon of Milk (18ml)

Method

1. Cream the margarine, add the sugar and beat together.

2. Sieve the cocoa and flour together into a separate bowl.

3. Add one egg to the margarine mixture with a little of the flour and beat together.

4. Repeat step 4 with the second egg.

5. Add the milk and the remainder of the flour and cocoa.

6. Mix well

7. Put in a well greased, square, flat tin and spread evenly.

8. Cook on the middle shelf of the oven preheated to Gas Mark 5.

(190°C, 375°F)
